welcome home, daddy!

we play
we fight
we clean
we bathe
we make messes
we create
we destroy
we eat
we say "hi" over the phone
we have accidents
we laugh
we cry
we nap

nothing is really complete until 5:45 pm when we see dad drive up the street honking and we run up the driveway next to his car to greet him.

Welcome home, Daddy!
This is when our day begins.

I agree! So did you ever get that new camera you've been wanting? Are you a Nikon fan now?

Hi Ali,
I have to go private with my blog for a while. Been getting some scary anonymous comments....
So if you can e-mail me at, I can invite you to be a reader. :) Sorry about the inconvenience.

Is there a way to let people know my e-mail from my blog address so they can contact me if they are a reader? There are many people who read my blog that don't have blogs of their own and I don't have all their e-mails.

Wow, this is so true. I really can't wait until 6:00 p.m. We are all waiting for dad to come home.

Somehow Dad gets all the credit of good memories. Why is that? I could take them to the museum or pack a picnic, but it really is more of a novelty when Dad does the same thing with them. I'm just boring ole mom.
