I am completely amazed by the courage of this little boy. My biggest fear is that in the face of danger I would fold up into the fetal position and cry. He's my hero.
Jack and I will definitely be practicing 911 this week!

are you trying to scare the crap out of me?!
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That poor sweet boy. I can not believe it. He is an amazing hero. I, too, will be talking to my kids about 9-1-1 tonight. It also reminds me of another reason why I want to add a home phone and not just use cell phones.
i've been telling everyone i've seen today about this little guy! what a hero. i've never thought about 911 training for kids, but what a seriously great idea.
ps. this is my first time visiting your sweet little spot and i cannot get over how cute. and that doll party! oh. my. can't wait to come back and see more sweetness.
Hello hello I am a 911 operator and I am being flooded with calls from moms training their kids on how to call me from the bathroom when the folks are being held at gun point. On the other hand WAY TO GO. Cute kid. Hero kid. Jack would have done the same thing. On the other hand he would have jumped out of the bathroom and wooed and entertained the intruders.
dad....exactly my hesitation with teaching jack those 3 numbers. Dangerous, yet cautious? catch 22?
