what's that you say...beach in november? Yes siree. Apparently summer temps are sticking around this year. So much for a winter pregnancy. I'm sweatin' bullets in my maternity jeans and compression stockings.
I shouldn't complain. It's always fun to go to the beach especially with friends like the Southwells. Troy got in a little surfing, I chased Jack in and out of the water 500 times, and most importantly, we all got a little time to soak up some sun.
So, if you are reading this from some miserably cold state like Utah, Chicago, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Idaho....eat your heart out! And hurry up and get a ticket out to California.
Um...yes...that is my belly. sheesh...

what a fun day! (until it's time to go home...). Ezra looks like he's wearing make up or something, he's so COVERED in sand! Those two had a blast.
I can't wait to see you guys at Thanksgiving. Jack is such a little man, I love it. Boise's been cold see get ready to be comfortable. I told Jesse I am either burning up or warm.I forgot what it's like to have cold hands and feet.

Im freezin' my little buns off in Chicago... It is 39 degrees right now. It wouldn't be as bad if there was some place to go snowboarding but the only resorts out here are built on old landfills... pretty lame..
I wish I was in california... the part that isnt on fire...

Thanks for rubbing it in! It is freezing here in VA. Well, since you said you kinda miss Alexandria - next time you head this way we'll have to meet up for some good Old Town fun! The belly looks so CUTE!!!! Oh and Jack on the surfboard - priceless! I'm glad you had fun at the beach though - and man do I need a ticket to some sunshine/warm weather! The high this weekend is supposed to be 40!
Although it has been fairly nice here, the beaches of the great Salt Lake aren't quite the same....not fair.

There is no snow here yet to really make the temperature be worth it. I have some strong feelings on temperature. Such as, If it is going to get down to 32 degrees at night there ought to be some snow to show for it. Please send the warmth this way:)
