Monday Memories

These two kids could have used some help back in the day.

Troy is sporting a fancy turtleneck accented by the black and white cardigan. Looks as though he worked hard for that fine mullet. I like how it fluffs up in the back. Nice feathered bangs, too. Looks like he was able to achieve a similar look as my picture without a curling iron.

Now...I wonder how long it too me to create those gorgeous wavy locks in my hair? I love the bangs and still remember the technique quite well...one under curl, one flipped up curl, then rat them together to blend. Followed by tons of hairspray. Oh and the red hair...curses. Thank goodness for highlights (discovered 10 years too late)!

I must say that is an impressive mullet! Foxy
Your bangs are real cute, I had a similar technique to yours back in the day. ratting and hairspray.
Holy flush of memories when I saw this pic, family reunions at ricks, road trips with the sessions to cali in your minivan girls camp ahhh that was a hilarious pic that Marie had on her blog. Talk about bad hair!

Those are hilarious!!! Is Troy's sweater 3 sizes too big? Ryan said he's sure he had that same one too. I definitely did the curl up/curl down, fluff together tecnique.

Oh ali....that is too much. I love Monday memories!! Seriously, did Troy swipe that cardigan from his grandpa's closet? Seriously, that is a beauty! And the flip of his hair in the back....there are no words to describe.
And you--you were so cute! (not saying Troy wasn't!). Those bangs were hot, and I remember mastering that technique as well, using only aerosol hairspray of course.
But embrace that strawberry blonde in you and perhaps in your future kids--I think it is so pretty!!

Yeah baby!!! Troy's mullet is the coolest ever. And I like to call your hair the triangle do that we all used to have as it kind of goes out a little more at the bottom (like a triangle)! Loving monday memories!

What a cutie! And you look nice too Ali.

Man, it's been so long since I used to see you at UVSC all the time. Seems like life is treating you well.

Troy, I've only known you as a "cold-neck" but even I could see your hidden "mulletude." Great to see that potential recognized, nay, immortalized in photo. Props!
